Carolina Outreach is a North Carolina-based behavioral health provider offering comprehensive mental health and substance use services for individuals of all ages. Their services include outpatient therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, intensive in-home therapy, and substance use treatment. The organization operates multiple locations across the state, including in Durham, Charlotte, Fayetteville, Kinston, Raleigh, Smithfield, and Wilson, and is affiliated with ncgCARE. Carolina Outreach also provides teletherapy options for added convenience. Additionally, they offer a Behavioral Health Urgent Care clinic in Durham, providing same-day services such as safety assessments, emergency medication refills, and crisis counseling without the need for appointments or referrals. Their mission is to promote the emotional and physical well-being of the community through a safe and respectful environment, focusing on helping clients develop their inherent strengths to support the highest quality of life possible.

The North Carolina Early Intervention Section (NCEI) is a part of the N.C (North Carolina). Division of Child and Family Well-Being. It is the lead agency for the N.C. Infant-Toddler Program (ITP). The Infant-Toddler Program provides supports and services for families and their children, birth to three who have special needs. Research shows that this time period is critical. It offers a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns. Sixteen Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina work with local service providers to help families help their children succeed.
