Trauma Informed Supervision for Youth and Family Peer Support Partners

Trauma-Informed Supervision is a 1 and a half day virtual training intended for current and future supervisors of Family and/or Youth Peers.

In this training, attendees will learn about the types of supervision and practical skills to implement Trauma-Informed Supervision. By the end of the training, attendees should understand the role of Youth Support Partners and Family Peer Specialists​, be able to identify best practice guidelines for supporting Youth Support Partners and Family Peer Specialists in the workplace​, identify trauma-informed supervision strategies​, and share information to prepare your agency to successfully employ and sustain Youth Support Partners and Family Peer Specialists. System of Care Training is a prerequisite for this course.
