Office Hours Child Welfare

North Carolina Youth and Family voices will begin providing Office Hour Sessions in June 2026.  These sessions will be held monthly led by consultants on 12 identified topics. The participants will be able to ask questions, brainstorm strategies and resolutions to address issues and concerns, and foster networking, open communication and collaboration. The topics provided are Youth in Transition, Child Welfare, Substance Misuse, Schools/IEP, Out of Home Placement/Residential Treatment, Family Peer Certification, Intellectual Disability (IDD), MORES/Mobile Crisis, Early Childhood Education, Understanding Benefits (Social Security)/SOAR, Housing, and Department of Juvenile Justice.
